Deposit on customer-specific pallets

Published at:

In many industries it is common use to charge a deposit for logistic packaging when delivered. For euro pallets it is easy to return the pallet and get the deposit compensated. However when using customer-specific pallets or deviating dimensions, this becomes difficult. Because where else can you return them or who can collect them in order to get the deposit refunded?

Ultimately, these pallets, for which significant sums have been paid, pose a barrier and eventually become scrapped.

2Return organizes collections of both standard and customer-specific pallets. Using our Packaging Recovery service, we arrange on behalf of our customers transport from the end customers to our depots, where they are sorted, repaired and returned to the production location.

All collected pallets are registered per type, size and from which location they originated. This information is send to our customers which makes the settlement of the deposit a piece of cake. A sustainable solution where pallets are recovered for reuse and the quality of the items is guaranteed. Moreover, you offer an excellent service to your customers securing a long-term relationship.
