Both we and our partners ensure that only the items made available to you are returned to you. Other items that are in circulation via pool, rental or in some other way are hereby efficiently kept separate and registered. If necessary, special measures are taken to avoid contact with other products, such as contracting specifically certified partners.

This means that not only the users and transporters of the pooled items are certified, but that attention is also paid to the method of cleaning by the laundry to prevent cross-contamination.
